· Define and execute the end-to-end technical vision from concept to production

· Turn 0→1 ideas into scalable, commercialized products

· Design systems where AI participates in the software development lifecycle

· Architect solutions leveraging agentic AI, automation, and cloud-native design

· Evaluate technologies and determine build vs buy vs integrate decisions

· Partner with leadership to align technical direction with business impact

· Mentor engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in development

· AI/ML architecture patterns (RAG, agent frameworks, model serving), system design for AI-native products, and experience evaluating build-vs-buy for AI capabilities.

· Setting technical direction for the innovation team, influencing engineering-wide decisions, building the AI platform layer that other teams can leverage.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

· 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

· Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

· Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

· Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Python, PHP, Go, JavaScript)

· Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

· Proven ability to take ideas from concept → production → scale

· Strong hands-on coding background—you still build daily

· Strategic thinker with strong execution ability

· Demonstrated experience in architecting AI-native products
