Define and execute the end-to-end technical vision for AI-native products from concept to production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions leveraging agentic AI, automation, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Evaluate technologies and determine build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for AI capabilities.
• Partner with leadership to align technical direction with business impact and set innovation team strategy.
• Mentor engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in daily development and coding.
• Design systems where AI participates in the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in modern programming languages: Python, PHP, Go, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept through production to scale.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture patterns including RAG, agent frameworks, and model serving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building the AI platform layer for internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution ability.
