Lead the design, integration, and optimization of the enterprise HR technology landscape.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR applications architecture roadmap to align with enterprise IT and HR strategies.
• Lead the design and integration of Workday, SAP HR, Workbrain, and Fieldglass systems.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across core HR, payroll, time tracking, contingent workforce, and talent management.
• Ensure seamless data flow between HR platforms and enterprise systems such as Finance and ITSM.
• Establish architectural standards, governance models, and ensure compliance with GDPR and SOX.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Workday (Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Integrations).
• Expertise in SAP HR (PA/OM, Payroll, Time Management).
• Expertise in Workbrain (Time & Attendance) and Fieldglass (Vendor Management System).
• Experience with integration platforms including Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP PI/PO.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, data models, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Finance and ITSM system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
