Description

You will own the architectural technical execution across projects from design through construction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants through the entire project lifecycle.
• Prepare and issue project deliverables, including permits, bids, and construction documents.
• Support project teams with Revit setup and ensure alignment with established standards.
• Conduct site and scope reviews while mentoring junior staff.
• Transition CAD standards when necessary.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, including work-sharing and detailed 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial building codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with graphic tools such as Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills for project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enscape for visualization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
