Description

You will lead the development of visual creative concepts and high-impact design for complex, omni-channel campaigns and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual ideation and execution of social media creative strategies in partnership with copywriters and strategists.
• Develop and organize visual systems and bespoke campaign elements to ensure brand consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present creative concepts and visual approaches to stakeholders to secure support and integrate feedback.
• Align visual direction and thematic concepts with business objectives, brand standards, and audience needs.
• Consult with production, brand, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are achievable through expert art direction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Art Director experience, specifically with omni-channel campaigns and social media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, design systems, typography, and brand development.
• Experience directing or creating video and animation.
• Proven ability to manage creative strategy through research and data-informed visual approaches.
• Experience working within waterfall or agile-like project management environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design rationale, and execution across multiple media.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communication, motion design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Directorial or program proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or other animation software.
