Description

You will lead the concept, design, and execution of visual solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including web, online advertising, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create viable concepts and designs for projects, partnering with copywriters to align visual presentation with copy direction.
• Communicate visual designs, motion design, and storyboards through presentations to secure client approval.
• Lead teams of designers and production artists to execute cross-channel and digital work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing campaign development and creative brief execution.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of art direction and digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency.
• 3+ years of experience in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical advertising.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced experience with Figma and XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design talent across both print and web.
• Proven experience with large cross-channel and direct-marketing initiatives.
• Mastery of web production and digital channel capabilities.
• Ability to lead strategic brainstorming and creative execution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML and email builder programs such as Marketo and Canvas.
• Experience with animation, After Effects, and video production.
