You will lead Agile product delivery across multiple teams, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Drive Agile implementations and recommend suitable frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrid) based on team and business needs.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments proactively across teams and stakeholders to maintain release readiness.
• Track and report delivery metrics, risks, impediments, and progress using Azure DevOps and Agile dashboards.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Agile project environments, including leading product development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and release coordination.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practical implementations (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end delivery.
• Strong delivery governance with a focus on on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution under aggressive timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience in Agile transformation initiatives and exposure to scaled Agile frameworks.
