Description

You will own performance engineering and scalability for SAP-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and apply performance benchmarks for complex systems.
• Characterize, debug, and improve system performance within cross-functional teams.
• Use profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Design and execute automated performance tests to evaluate system changes.
• Participate in architecture reviews and own the quality perspective for complex designs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on software performance testing experience.
• Proven experience in performance testing of SAP applications, including Brown or Green field S/4 HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SQL query tuning.
• Extensive hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques.
• Experience using application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant major.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP platform components, including APIM, SAP Integration Suite, and Smart Data Integration.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Cloud-based platforms.
