Good to Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL Database, Azure Fabric, Azure Lakehouse, and knowledge of alternative asset management industry trends and regulatory requirements. Hands-on expertise with Scribe, Automation Anywhere, N8n, LangChain, Copilot Studio, .NET programming, BPMN process mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, encryption, identity management, access controls, CI/CD, DevOps, version control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across finance, compliance, trading, HR, and operations using UiPath, Scribe, N8n, and related tools
• Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions and collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders
• Develop reusable automation components, including bots, connectors, scripts, and APIs for enterprise integration
• Integrate automation into enterprise systems, including Workday, Salesforce, OMS/Everest, Geneva, Treasury/Finance, Compliance tools, and data platforms
• Embed AI into automations, using GenAI and agentic AI to handle unstructured data and intelligent decisioning
• Test, deploy, and monitor automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance with audit requirements
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to support long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer
• Continuously improve and optimize automations by gathering user feedback, monitoring KPIs, and enhancing scalability

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on RPA, agentic AI, and workflow automation

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred
