Description

You will own end-to-end Workday Payroll and Benefits Administration, ensuring accurate processing and system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration within Workday.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and optimize system configurations for payroll, benefits, and compensation.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Utilize Workday reporting and data analytics to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically Payroll, Benefits, and Security Configuration.
• Deep understanding of payroll compliance, regulations, and audit requirements.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and optimize system performance.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Data Analytics for payroll insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced Workday Compensation Management configurations.
