Description

Manage L2 incidents and maintain system stability in Azure cloud environments using Kubernetes orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve L2 incidents using structured incident management processes.
• Apply SRE principles to maintain system stability and reliability.
• Operate within Agile and ITSM frameworks to deliver technical improvements.
• Analyze technical issues to provide effective L2 support and resolution.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional technical experience.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Proven background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Experience managing L2 incidents.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Must be a US Citizen.
