Own software development milestones, release schedules, and compliance for medical device products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software project milestones and ensure clear communication of deliverables, expectations, and timelines.
• Support software design center approvals and author deliverables for mid-to-large sized projects.
• Ensure compliance with software release procedures for post-market changes to on-market products.
• Collaborate with development, support, manufacturing, and clinical teams to implement software changes driven by anomalies or hardware updates.
• Use DevOps tooling to manage workflows and coordinate with vendors to hold them accountable for deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Core Java, C++, or C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and traceable development artifacts.
• DevOps tooling experience: Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Cloud and release engineering experience with AWS and Azure/Azure DevOps (ADO).
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with TFS.

Preferred Skills

• Medical device software experience, including IEC 62304 and ISO 14971.
• Familiarity with systems engineering or risk management practices.
