Description

Lead analytics implementation, customization, and automation of data collection processes for clients in North America and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical tagging requirements for web, mobile, and app platforms.
• Create Solution Design Reference (SDR) documents and convert them into exact script code for page and app screens.
• Enhance digital data layers within Tag Management solutions such as Adobe Data Collection, Ensighten, or Tealium.
• Troubleshoot scripting issues on digital platforms using browser consoles and debugging tools.
• Participate in client QA and deployment processes within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics development and managing teams of analysts or developers.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, including Analytics Workspace, reporting, admin console, and advanced segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Real Time CDP.
• Proficiency in Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Adobe Mobile SDK, and Experience Data Model.
• Strong technical command of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with Adobe IO and using APIs (via Swagger or Postman) to connect to the Adobe suite.
• Proven ability to use debugging tools such as Charles, HTTP Watch, or WASP.
• Experience implementing advertising and tracking pixels via tag management systems.
• Ability to configure BI dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with A/B optimization scripting using Monetate or Optimizely.
