Drive marketing operations and process improvements by implementing and managing automation tools within a corporate environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workato and APIs for efficiency gains.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize marketing processes using Generative AI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation tools and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Workato.
• Strong understanding of APIs for system integrations.
• Experience applying Generative AI (GenAI) for automation and efficiency.
• Knowledge of MS Copilot or similar tools.
• Proven ability to document processes and communicate technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with GenAI to optimize marketing workflows.
