Description

You will own the identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks across infrastructure, services, databases, and frontend layers.

Responsibilities

• Identify system bottlenecks within massive codebases, CDNs, and multi-region integrations.
• Design workload models using production analytics data to drive testing strategies.
• Analyze thread dumps, heap dumps, CPU dumps, and connection pools to resolve deep-seated issues.
• Execute end-to-end performance testing for complex enterprise web applications.
• Conduct client-side performance testing and issue identification using Lighthouse and Webpage Test.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering for complex enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with load generation tools including Gatling, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Experience tuning Oracle, MySQL, SAP Hana, MongoDB, or DB2.
• Ability to analyze logs using Splunk, ELK, Sumo Logic, or Graylog.
• Experience with CI/CD integration of load testing tools.
• Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Perl, Python, or Shell.
• Experience testing mobile native applications using real devices.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of application development experience in Core Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
