Description

You will drive deal execution and asset management for a real estate focused venture capital fund.

Responsibilities

• Execute deals from initial investment memorandum drafting to final documentation and diligence with lawyers and external consultants.
• Build financial models for investment opportunities and manage exit executions for fund investments.
• Manage investee companies by overseeing MIS, marketing strategies, loan syndication, and project execution.
• Assist in fund setup, fundraising processes, and investor reporting.
• Monitor regulatory and business trends within the real estate industry.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in real estate investments, specifically within real estate private equity or prominent NBFC investment teams.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Deep understanding of various capital structures and equity investment instruments.
• Asset management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• MBA from a top-tier institution or CA qualification.

Preferred Skills

• CFA qualification.
