Description

You will partner with internal stakeholders to drive organizational growth through strategic training initiatives. You own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from identifying needs to measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and partner with stakeholders using targeted communication strategies.
• Design and execute end-to-end learning strategies and programs aligned with business goals.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions effectively to diverse audiences.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives against organizational objectives.
• Manage large-scale learning projects and programs from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Learning and Development professional.
• Proven Program Management and Project Management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working within agile environments and managing changing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, global teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
