Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and RPA technologies.
• Build and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI-powered automation solutions for business processes.
• Develop workflows using UiPath Studio and manage deployments, monitoring, and scheduling through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Integrate UiPath automations with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.
• Leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI capabilities to enhance automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to combine traditional RPA with AI-driven automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation components.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide production support as required.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Ensure automation solutions follow development, security, testing, and deployment best practices.

Skills Required:

• 4-8 years of overall experience, with 3-6+ years of hands-on UiPath/RPA development.
• Strong experience as a UiPath Developer / Senior UiPath Developer.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Proven experience building Agentic AI / GenAI automation solutions, beyond certification-level knowledge.
• Strong understanding of API integration and system integrations.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI Center.
• Good understanding of RPA development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding.
• Exposure to UiPath Maestro.
• Experience with UiPath Action Center.
• Knowledge of intelligent document processing and AI-based automation.
• UiPath certifications are an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
