Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional and regression testing for web applications.
• Collaborate with QA, BA, and Dev teams to translate requirements into automated test cases.
• Optimize test execution by parallelizing runs and minimizing resource usage.
• Define coding standards and best practices for test automation to ensure script consistency.

Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience in Selenium automation at an expert level.
• Proven experience designing automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of web application testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.
• Experience developing functional and regression test plans.
• Ability to implement parallel test execution to optimize performance.
• Any Graduate degree.
