Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows using low-code platforms and custom scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated processes to ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for all automation processes and codebases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with Appian or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) roles.
