Description

Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, focusing on integrations, workflows, and data validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
• Configure and automate workflows within Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning modules.
• Build automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
• Develop RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate to optimize HR operations.
• Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in automation tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
• Experience with integration technologies: REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data management.
• Ability to create automated dashboards and alerts using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-driven HR solutions and Oracle Digital Assistant.
• Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with Workday and Salesforce.
• Oracle Cloud certifications.
