Description

You will lead functional and test automation efforts for medium to complex Point of Sale (POS) projects, building frameworks and managing large automation teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS lab and testing efforts for Point of Sale systems.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using modern tools.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies to align with customer vision and end goals.
• Perform proof of concepts, create technical documentation, and conduct peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• Over 15 years of experience in the Retail domain (Warehouse, Inventory, Order Management, POS, Supply Chain, Pricing).
• Expertise in Core Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks: BDD, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, WebDriver, or Cypress.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and manual testing using Postman.
• Experience with SoapUI and Rest Assured.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC process.
• Proven ability to lead large automation teams and manage significant programs.

Preferred Skills

• Direct POS testing experience.
