Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of automation frameworks for native iOS and Android applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests using Java to ensure coverage across mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain mobile test automation frameworks using Appium for native applications.
• Integrate API tests into the automation framework and troubleshoot failures.
• Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall experience in software testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java for writing maintainable and scalable code.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for native mobile app testing.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and API testing tools.
• Experience with BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using cloud-based device farms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Proven ability in automation framework design and architecture.
• Develop automated API tests using Rest Assured or Postman to validate backend services.
