Description

You will drive the automation strategy and execution for API testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate tests for REST and SOAP APIs using Java and Rest Assured.
• Implement behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks using Cucumber.
• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or automation.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Strong experience with Rest Assured for API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber BDD and TestNG.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP API testing methodologies.
• Experience using testing tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
• Working knowledge of Git/BitBucket for version control.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
