Drive product quality by establishing testing standards and executing comprehensive automation strategies for backend and orchestrator APIs.

Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end backend and orchestrator API testing, including crafting detailed test cases and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide immediate feedback on code stability.
• Design and execute performance and load tests to identify system bottlenecks and validate reliability.
• Research and manage automation frameworks to ensure tests remain fast, reliable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to define automation coverage within sprints and establish testing practices across the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software QA automation.
• Proficiency with REST API and Microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AWS platform.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit or similar.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science or a related degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or .Net.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker.
