Description

You will lead the development of automation frameworks for complex enterprise-level applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build automation testing frameworks from scratch to support large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Develop test scripts for BDD features, scenarios, and step definitions using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Implement and manage automated regression suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor technical staff and provide direction for design and testing strategies.
• Assess new technologies to improve software delivery and developer experience.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in automation testing or related engineering roles.
• Expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
• Strong experience with BDD, Cucumber, and TDD methodologies.
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks using JUnit, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience with API Automation and Mockito.
• Proficiency with JavaScript-based technologies including Node.js and Angular.js.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Maven for automation execution.
• Deep understanding of Agile processes, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring automated regression suites using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GitHub for configuration management and Version One for management.
• Experience with Selenium Box and Stash/Bitbucket.
