Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation & Infrastructure as Code SME to lead Azure Disaster Recovery automation initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design & implementation of Azure DR automation solutions
Automate Azure Site Recovery (ASR) – replication, failover, failback & DR drills
Ensure DR architecture aligns with defined RTO & RPO
Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / Bicep / ARM
Build scalable automation using PowerShell & Azure CLI
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Automate SQL Server & Azure SQL DR (replication, failover groups)
Embed security, monitoring & compliance in automation solutions
Act as SME – provide technical leadership, documentation & mentorship

Required Skills:
8+ years in Infrastructure Automation / Cloud Engineering
Deep expertise in Azure Infrastructure & DR architecture
Strong hands-on experience in Azure Site Recovery (mandatory)
Expert-level Terraform / Bicep / ARM
Advanced PowerShell scripting (mandatory)
Strong DC & DR enterprise architecture understanding
Experience implementing CI/CD for infrastructure automation

Good to have:
Azure Certifications: AZ-305 / AZ-400 / AZ-104
