Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the test automation strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the organization-wide test automation strategy and roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, mobile, and backend layers.
• Evaluate and adopt next-generation tools including AI-driven automation and codeless platforms.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and champion shift-left testing practices.
• Mentor QE teams on best practices for automation design and implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software test automation, with 3+ years in an architectural or strategic leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing modern automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based testing solutions like Testim, mabl, Functionize, or TestSigma.
• Programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and test integration in DevOps pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate and implement tools for intelligent test orchestration and test data management.
• Experience with AI/ML integration for testing, including NLP or computer vision.
• Strong knowledge of codeless or low-code automation tools.
