Description

You will lead automation efforts and drive software validation within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Drive a shift-left approach by guiding development teams to implement their own automation.
• Participate in product design and development to ensure quality is integrated from the start.
• Monitor test automation effectiveness and use data-driven insights to improve stability and scalability.
• Define and execute test plans, identify defects, and partner with developers to meet quality standards.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices through coaching and feedback.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
• Strong scripting experience using Python and Pytest.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Deep understanding of QE processes and methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated test processes, including test planning and case design.
• Ability to write clean, usable, and efficient code.
• Proven experience coordinating test activities across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Capital Markets experience.
