Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Create and manage behavior-driven test scenarios and step definitions using Cucumber.
• Build reusable automation components, frameworks, and test utilities for functional and regression testing.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects.
• Review application requirements, identify automation opportunities, and provide reliable quality metrics for releases.

Skills Required:

• 6-14 years of relevant experience in software test automation and quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing test automation solutions with Python.
• Strong practical experience with Selenium WebDriver and browser-based automation.
• Experience implementing behavior-driven development using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Ability to develop maintainable automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into software quality processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience with pytest, Jenkins, Git, REST Assured, or Postman.

Education:

• B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
