Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and review the work of automation testers while coordinating priorities across testing activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks and test suites using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Create test plans, test strategies, automated test cases, and execution approaches for new and existing product features.
• Analyze failures, document defects with clear reproduction details, and track issues through resolution and validation.
• Define automation quality standards, review framework effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements in test coverage and execution stability.

Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of experience in automation testing, including extensive hands-on development with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, Cypress, and WebdriverIO for UI and browser automation.
• Ability to design maintainable automation frameworks, organize reusable test components, and improve execution reliability and coverage.
• Experience validating web services and APIs through automated test cases and framework-based test execution.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, SuperTest, Allure, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Education: B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
