Description

You will lead quality engineering initiatives and architect enterprise automation frameworks for complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop large cross-functional testing teams covering manual, automation, API, performance, and AI testers.
• Design and maintain enterprise automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and backend systems.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and faster release cycles.
• Define test strategy, automation roadmap, KPIs, and quality metrics for large programs.
• Work with domain SMEs to validate highly secure, high-availability financial platforms against compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with 5+ years leading large test teams.
• Strong experience in automation frameworks and scripting languages (Java/Python/JavaScript).
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and cloud execution (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs).
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium, Postman, Cucumber, and TestNG/JUnit.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services domain (Lending, Payments, Risk, etc.).
• Experience implementing AI-driven testing concepts (intelligent test generation, self-healing).
• Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
