Description

Lead testing strategy and establish best practices within the Generative AI Center of Excellence. You will set standards for Generative AI testing, validation, and automation while influencing the community through technical guidance. You will test NLP, AI systems, and models, distilling complex analysis into concise takeaways for leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards for Generative AI testing, validation, and automation.
• Lead testing of NLP, AI systems, and models.
• Influence the Generative AI community by providing technical guidance.
• Distill complex technical concepts into concise takeaways for leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Expert-level Python programming, including data and AI/ML libraries.
• Proven experience testing NLP, AI systems, and models with deep understanding of Generative AI.
• Advanced experience with API testing and SQL.
• Experience with big data transformation.
• Experience working within DevOps processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment within the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting technical standards and influencing cross-functional teams.
