Description

You will manage AWS cloud infrastructure and integrate Active Directory solutions within cloud environments. You own the lifecycle of cloud resources, from provisioning to compliance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Active Directory services, including AD Domain Services, ADFS, and AD Certificate Services within AWS.
• Integrate AWS Managed Microsoft AD with on-premises infrastructure and other cloud environments.
• Establish configuration, compliance, and audit programs using AWS Config and CloudTrail to remediate configuration drift.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization, cost drivers, and rightsizing to optimize compute, storage, and network services.
• Maintain cloud-based servers through patching, vulnerability management, backup/restore operations, and firewall configuration.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
• Active AWS Certification (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure, services, and best practices.
• Strong system administration experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including switches, routers, server operating systems, hardware, storage arrays, and security applications.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Salt Stack, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Proficiency in managing identity and access through Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools, middleware software, and ITSM tools.
• Experience with Azure public cloud environments.
