Description

You will design and maintain scalable APIs and data ingestion pipelines using modern AWS services and TypeScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using AWS Lambda, S3, and Step Functions.
• Integrate data feeds from XML, JSON, and delimited files into the application.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage deployments using AWS CDK, Bamboo, or GitHub Actions.
• Reverse engineer existing systems and interpret Java code when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an API Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with the NestJS framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and CDK.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code.
• Experience handling structured and semi-structured data formats (XML, JSON, delimited files).
• Familiarity with authentication frameworks like Azure AD or Ping Identity.
• Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RDBMS for data storage and retrieval.
