Description

You will engineer and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, leading migrations from on-premises systems to the cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate VMs and applications from on-prem infrastructure to AWS cloud services.
• Develop and extend code to build and automate cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines.
• Assess applications to determine appropriate cloud infrastructure patterns.
• Partner with peers to define and implement system best practices and standards.
• Analyze problems, perform data analysis, and report on migration progress.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience building and implementing cloud platforms on AWS.
• Expertise in AWS Compute (EC2, EMR), Storage (S3, EBS), Databases (RDS, DynamoDB), Glue, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and deployment automation, specifically using GitLab pipelines.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, Networking, and Monitoring tools.
• Expert level SQL query skills in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience migrating applications from on-prem environments to the cloud.
