Description

You will manage and scale platform solutions within a large-scale AWS production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable platform solutions based on approved designs and business requirements.
• Automate platform processes using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Monitor system health and alerts to maintain platform availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AWS, networking, and application layers.
• Maintain technical documentation and update platform processes as needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or IBM UCD/UCR.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Solid understanding of networking, including DMZs, firewalls, and WAF.
• Experience with SSL/TLS, including CSR generation and certificate renewals.
• Competency in Linux/UNIX environments and Bash scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Web application development experience with React, Angular, or Java.
• Familiarity with Oracle or MS-SQL PL/SQL.
