Description

Lead technical teams in designing and delivering large-scale data platforms and transformative data solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into technical data integration and database system designs.
• Shape execution approaches and technical strategies throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
• Set development standards and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and manage team members while overseeing the application of large-scale data platforms.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with distributed computing.
• Deep expertise in big data ecosystems including Spark, Airflow, and No-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools like DBT.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EMR, Glue, Athena, S3, SQS/SNS) or equivalent Azure/GCP services.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, MDM, and entity resolution solutions.
• Experience in Financial Services Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in analytics, measurement, reporting, and business intelligence modeling.
• Ability to lead teams in defining future data landscape visions and transformation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Machine Learning/Advanced Analytics certifications.
• Experience with AWS CodeBuild, CodePipelines, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience implementing data governance and lineage in multi-geo, distributed delivery programs.
