Description

You will design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable data platforms using AWS and modern DevOps practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer complex Linux environments.
• Design and maintain AWS DevOps solutions including EMR, EKS, and Serverless architectures.
• Configure EMR clusters and integrate with Okta AD Groups for role-based access control.
• Develop infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Implement Okta API integrations and support application provisioning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically EMR.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory integrations, and identity/access management.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, and Python or Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of data lake architecture and big data processing.
• Experience with AWS Lake Formation and Parquet file formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Sagemaker.
