Description

You will design and maintain contact center solutions on AWS, owning the full lifecycle from call flow logic to NLP integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize call flows, routing logic, and IVR systems, including IVR-to-bot migration.
• Implement prompt engineering and integrate NLP/ML frameworks into telephony workflows.
• Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Configure and manage VoIP, SIP, SIP Clusters, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using CloudWatch and Cloud Logging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and core AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, Notification Services, CloudWatch, CloudLogging, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, SIP Clusters, and SBCs.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, NLP, and ML frameworks.
• Experience designing and building call flows for contact center systems.
• Strong API integration skills with RESTful services and middleware.
• Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
