Description

Manage complex middleware and enterprise applications within AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. Own the release pipeline, infrastructure automation, and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible and CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions in production environments.
• Integrate AWS applications with in-house systems such as CRM and ServiceNow.
• Execute contact center migrations from legacy systems to cloud-hosted capabilities.
• Monitor system health using Nagios and Splunk.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, EKS, ECR, EFS, EBS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, SQS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• 7+ years of experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Containers, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and CloudFormation.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Experience with AWS Connect, ECS, and AWS Security.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices including SAFe and Scrum.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Must reside within two hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD.

Preferred Skills

• SQL proficiency.
