Description

You will own the infrastructure stream for a cloud modernization program, driving design, implementation, and production support on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire infrastructure stream, creating and prioritizing scope for each sprint.
• Lead onsite and offshore engineering teams through design and deployment phases.
• Provide oversight for deployments and production support activities.
• Implement high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies across multi-region infrastructure.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure rigorous testing standards.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of cloud engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically in AWS.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS services: Lambda (Java/Python), ECS Fargate, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, MWAA, and Aurora PostgreSQL Serverless.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform (EAC wrapper) for provisioning multi-region infrastructure.
• Experience implementing HA/DR and replication strategies (Aurora Global DB, S3 CRR).
• Proven experience in CI/CD automation using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
• Strong coding background in Python or Java for data parsing and infrastructure logic.
• Deep understanding of AWS security, IAM policies, KMS encryption, network isolation, OAuth, and SSL Certificates.
• Familiarity with TrueCD test strategies and contract testing frameworks.
