Description

You will own the infrastructure stream, providing technical leadership for AWS architecture and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define sprint scope, create infrastructure stories, and prioritize the backlog to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and implement serverless, event-driven AWS architectures using Lambda, ECS Fargate, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Translate legacy Mainframe Assembler logic and Mastercard IPM messages into Python/Java-based workflows on AWS.
• Implement multi-region active/passive architecture using S3 Cross-Region Replication, Aurora Global Databases, and EventBridge Global Endpoints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of cloud engineering experience, including 3+ years specifically in AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS Fargate, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL Serverless.
• Expertise in Terraform for multi-region infrastructure provisioning.
• Proven CI/CD automation experience with Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• Strong coding skills in Python or Java for workflow and data parsing.
• Deep understanding of AWS security practices: IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and VPC design.
• Experience implementing HA/DR and replication strategies (Aurora Global DB, S3 CRR).
