Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS within a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure AWS cloud infrastructure and manage security policies.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to application and business teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and threat management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on AWS architecture and engineering.
• AWS Professional Certification.
• Advanced hands-on experience with core AWS services (compute, storage, networking, and security).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Serverless frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Deep understanding of IAM, CI/CD pipelines, SDLCS, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Ansible, EC2, Unix/Linux, and User Data scripting.
• Background in investment banking or financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka.
• Azure experience.
