Description

Design and implement highly available AWS solutions for cloud and on-premise data centers. Architect, deliver, and secure infrastructure using core AWS services. Automate configuration management and enhance CI pipelines. Monitor system health and security using ELK, Kibana, and Grafana. Create training materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AWS solutions using EC2, EKS, Fargate, ECS, Lambda, and Cognito.
• Perform architecture and security reviews to identify gaps and develop remediation plans.
• Monitor system health and security using ELK, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Analyze and enhance CI solutions to automate configuration management across development, QA, and production servers.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and AWS professionals to build technically accurate training materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical solution implementation and highly available architecture.
• 8+ years of expertise in Java, J2EE, and REST API development.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services including KMS, Route53, CloudWatch, Batch, DynamoDB, RDS (Postgres), and S3.
• Strong backend development skills in Spring Boot and Microservices.
• 3 years of experience applying industry patterns and techniques within the disaster recovery discipline.
• Experience working with messaging development and frontend frameworks.
• Ability to work on onsite-offshore projects and cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the P&C domain.
• Prior experience with USAA.
