Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based network architectures within AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-region, multi-account network architectures using VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and peering connections.
• Develop secure network infrastructures applying AWS security best practices, including NACLs and security groups.
• Manage and maintain existing AWS networking environments to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams on architectural decisions.
• Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs for changes and incident response.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in network design, implementation, and operations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification.
• Expertise in AWS networking services: VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, and Transit Gateway.
• Proven experience with hybrid networking, multi-region, and multi-VPC designs.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Proficiency in IP subnetting, NAT, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as CloudWatch, Wireshark, and VPC Flow Logs.
