Description

Lead AWS cloud migration projects, establish DevOps environments, and define application architecture standards for complex, multi-line business systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AWS cloud migration projects, including landing zone setup and 6R strategy execution.
• Define and implement application architecture standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms and security requirements.
• Architect microservices, containerization, and event-driven solutions while configuring IAM, Security Groups, and Bucket Policies.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for budgets, project plans, and technology risks across internal and external teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing cloud solutions, including 5+ years as an AWS Solutions Architect.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification required; Professional Certification preferred.
• Proven experience in AWS Cloud Migration projects and landing zone configuration.
• Advanced experience architecting microservices, containerization, and event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory and SAML.
• Strong background in agile software development and defining technology standards.
• Ability to manage competing objectives and partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in Java, .NET Core, or C#.
• Data technologies including MSSQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Front-end technologies such as Angular, Node, or React.
