Description

You will design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications within an AWS environment, combining architectural oversight with hands-on full-stack development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions using native AWS services.
• Develop responsive front-end applications and robust back-end services.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and system interfaces.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Mentor staff through knowledge transfer sessions and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Application Developer in an AWS environment.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in Flask.
• Experience with SQL Alchemy ORM and PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, RDS, ALB, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with Temporal workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of containerization, microservices architecture, and side-car patterns.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing performance, load, and user acceptance testing.
