Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain Azure API Management services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure API Management services, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and implement API policies, security protocols, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding API performance, security, and availability.
• Optimize API configurations based on usage and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Deep expertise in administering and managing Azure API Management (APIM) services.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong knowledge of API security protocols including OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
• Experience working with Java Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and management principles.
• Familiarity with Swagger and OpenAPI documentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud platforms.
