Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain Azure API Management services, ensuring seamless API integration and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure APIM services including initial setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and implement API policies, security protocols, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs and resolve complex performance or availability issues.
• Monitor usage metrics and optimize configurations for efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Azure API Management (APIM) services.
• Strong understanding of API design, development, and management principles.
• Proficiency in Azure services, specifically Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.
• Experience implementing API security protocols including OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger and OpenAPI.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
